To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Sale, clearance, personalized, earrings, and gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
